SLOW COOKER PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

  • 2 POUNDS PORK TENDERLOIN
  • 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TABLESPOON YELLOW MUSTARD
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS MAPLE SYRUP
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLESPOONS DRY ONIONS
  • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS GARLIC SALT OR POWDER

Step 1

MIX INGREDIENTS ABOVE. POUR OVER TENDERLOIN IN THE CROCK POT AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS.
