Stuffing for Turkey

Ingredients

  • 3 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups of broth (made by simmering giblets and pouring through colander)
  • 24 cups bread cubes (using square sandwich bread)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, and stuff into both ends of the bird. Place remaining stuffing in a greased dish and bake with turkey. Stuffing temperature MUST reach 165 degrees to be safe.
