Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup well drained, unsweetened, crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked sweet potatoes
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 package mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine syrup, pineapple, and salt. Arrange potatoes in a 1 qt. dish. Spread fruit on top. Dot with butter and sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 45 minutes or until marshmallows start to brown.
