Ingredients
- 1 box macaroni-cooked just beyond al dente
- 3 hard boiled eggs-2 chopped into small pieces and 1 sliced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Mayonnaise
- Onion salt
- Celery salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 can peas
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cooked and cooled macaroni, mayonnaise (enough to thoroughly coat macaroni but not too much), 2 chopped eggs, chopped onion, onion salt, celery salt, and pepper to taste in large bowl. Carefully stir in peas. Place sliced egg on top of salad and sprinkle with paprika for coloring.
