Ingredients
- 6 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook cauliflower in a pot of salted boiling water, covered, 15 minutes. Drain; cool.
Transfer to a food processor.
Add cheeses, oil, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp salt. Process until smooth.
Refrigerate up to three days. To serve, sprinkle with fresh oregano.
