Mashed Potato Fudge

Ingredients

• 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 C. mashed Potatoes
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 lb. powdered sugar
• 1 C. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Combine sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl. Add mashed potatoes and nuts. Add melted chocolate. Mix well.

Put in greased 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
