Mandarin Orange Salad

A light sweet concoction that may be used as a salad or a dessert.

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 60 (2 stacks) Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • 2 15oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 6oz can frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 1 9oz Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9x13 pan.
Mix crust ingredients together and press in pan.
Reserve 3/4 cup to sprinkle on top.
Mix all filling ingredients together. Spread in pan. Top with remaining crumbs.
Keep in refrigerator.
