Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar and pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs & blend well. Mix dry ingredients. Add dry flour mix alternately with milk to pumpkin mixture.
Fill muffin pan
375 for 25 minutes
