Chilled Overnight Oats w. Raspberries/Apples/Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberried
  • 1/4 cup Golden Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Butter Toffee Almonds
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup Raspberry Jam

Preparation

Step 1

> the night before serving, combine oats, apple juice, milk, cinnamon, and honey. Refrigerate over night.

> Stir two or three times when you open the refrigerator for smoother oats' mix.

> Upon arising in morning, divide the chilled oats' mixture into 4-6 parfait glasses.

> Top chilled oats with yogurt.

> Top yogurt with chopped Granny Smith apples, Golden Raisins, and Raspberries.

> Garnish with Butter Toffee Almonds and a TINY dollop of Raspberry Jam.
