Ingredients
- 1 can (21 oz.) Apple pie filling
- 6 (8 inch) tortilla's
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, sugars, and water, bring to a boil and then simmer for 3 minutes.
Spoon pie filling down center of tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up sides of tortilla with seam down.
Pour sauce over enchiladas let stand for 45 minutes then bake in 350 deg. oven for 20 minutes.
