- 15 Lbs. Hot Sausage
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cut sausage into approximately 2 feet increments.
2) Hang pieces over paper covered cylindrical rods in cool, dry place.
3) Everyday from thanksgiving to christmas, move the sausage on the rod so it will dry evenly. If it dries sooner cover with handiwrap and keep in refrigerator.
