Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened, condensed milk
- 1 cup pureed strawberries
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
- Garnish: Strawberries, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pretzels and melted butter or margarine in 13- x 9-inch baking pan, pressing crumb mixture firmly on bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
Mix condensed milk, pureed strawberries, and lime juice in large bowl until well blended.
Stir in whipped topping. Pour into crust.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Garnish with extra sliced strawberries.
