Ingredients
- 1 large artichoke with points cut off
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 package Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Steam the artichoke for about half an hour and chill. Cook the sausage down and drain grease. Add in the cheese, breadcrumbs and lemon juice. Stuff the artichoke and reheat by steaming for about 30 minutes.
