Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 (8 oz) Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 can artichoke hearts or bottoms
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (5 oz) parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave spinach as per directions and drain. Saute onions in butter. Mix in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Remove from fire and transfer to a casserole dish. Top with Monterey jack cheese and warm in oven until cheese melts.
