Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 large cans artichoke hearts quartered
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt, pepper, and tabasco to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter with garlic. Cook spinach and drain well. Add artichokes, onion, sour cream, cheeses and seasonings. Mix well. Put in greased casserole. Melt 1/2 stick butter & add bread crumbs. Put thick layers of bread crumbs on casserole and bake at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
