Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, no skin, no bone
  • seasoning salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken breasts into small strips. Season with seasoning salt and a small amount of cayenne pepper. Use a spray on grease ("Pam") to grease an iron skillet or wok and heat pot on high heat. Add chicken strips and brown on both sides. When chicken is nearly completely cooked, add lemon juice to skillet. Let lemon juice boil, stirring chicken so it is completely coated. When lemon juice is nearly gone, remove from heat.
