Ingredients
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 3 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute diced onion in large skillet until browned, remove from skillet. Cook ground beef. Return onions to beef, stir thoroughly. Add three cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, stirring until heated through.
Before serving mix in three heaping tablespoons of sour cream. (Reduce or increase the sour cream depending on your taste.)
