Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • mushrooms, stems removed
  • melted butter or butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 10 oz bulk sausage
  • 1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish. Brush with melted butter, or spray with cooking spray.

Brown sausage, onions and garlic in skillet. Drain.

Mix in pepper, parsley and cream cheese.

Heat to blend all ingredients and melt cheese.

Stuff mushrooms with filling.

Bake about 25 minutes at 325.
