Ingredients
- 20 graham crackers rolled
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- ______________
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
- Small can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix jello as for pie crust. When starting to congeal, whip and add the whipped cream. Add the pineapple. Fill 2 pie tins with the cracker mixture and add the jello mixture and top with 8 graham crackers rolled and the powedered sugar. Set in refrigerator over night.
