Barbados Bananas

Ingredients

• 1 Banana sliced lengthwise
• 1 oz Butter
• 2 oz Jack Daniel's Sauce
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 Slice Banana Bread
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute banana in butter until brown on both sides.
2. Heat banana bread in the microwave and place in a bowl. Top with ice cream.
3. Place bananas on each side and pour warm caramel sauce over the top.
4. Sprinkle edges with cinnamon.
