Lemon Sponge Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. milk
  • Juice and rind of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Put together in order given, only add stiffly beaten egg whites last. Bake 1/2 hr. in 350 oven in UNBAKED pie shell.
