Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana, sliced
- 1 shortbread pie crust (6 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg (4 serving size each) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- Caramel dessert topping
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place banana slices on bottom of crust.
2. Pour cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 1 min or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate 4 hrs or until set. Serve with caramel topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
** You can also do this with an Oreo cookie pie crust and chocolate pudding.
