Mini Garlic Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 6 T butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 T Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 c parmesan cheese grated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
In a med sized bowl combine the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and 1/4 parmesan cheese and mix well.
With a knife, cut each biscuit into 1 in pieces and place in the bowl. Gently toss them to coat.
Place 4-5 pieces in each muffin cup. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 9-12 min or until golden.
