Ingredients
- 1 package baked tofu - (12 oz)
- 1/2 cup soy mayonnaise (or reduced-fat mayonnaise)
- 1 large celery stalk finely diced
- 1 scallion minced, (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Using your hands, crumble the tofu finely in a serving bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and serve.
