Macaroni & Cheese - Dad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup asiago cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • splash of Worcestershire
  • splash of mustard
  • pepper to taste
  • dash of paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Bring 1 large pot of water to a boil for elbow macaroni.

1. Cook elbow macaroni per instructions on box.
2. In large saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to create a roux.
3. Heat milk in microwave until warm.
4. Add milk to roux over low heat. Keep stirring until desired thickness.
5. Add cheese 1 cup at a time. Stir in until well melted and blended.
6. Add Worcestershire, mustard, pepper and paprika. Stir in well.
7. Add cooked elbow macaroni.
8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
