Tuna Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese or American Cheese
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup frozen (or canned) peas or peas and carrots, slightly cooked
  • 1/4 1/4 finely minced onions
  • 1/2 can 1/2 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can 1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 jar 1/2 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimiento, drained
  • 8-12 8-12 Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 tbs. 1 tbs. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain well, Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients; pour into a large casserole. Top with crumbled crackers combinded with the butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 11 WW points per serving.
