Ingredients
- 1 Can (15ox) of Black Beans
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 3/4 Teaspoon Cumin
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- Juice from 1 Lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse the beans. Add all ingredients and blend together. You can play around with the cumin and cayenne pepper to taste in addition to the liquid for thickness.
