Honey Pear Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 T honey
  • 1/4 c softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c cottage cheese (liquid drained off)
  • 1 1/2 c shredded ripe pear (about 2)
  • 1/2 t cinnamon if desired
  • 4 8-in tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Put honey, cream cheese, and cottage cheese in blender and blend until creamy. Toss cinnamon into shredded pears, if desired. Sprinkle pears over mixture. Roll into tortillas and roll them tightly, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 min. Unwrap when ready to serve and cut each tortilla roll into six pieces.
