Blueberry Cheese Dessert

Ingredients

• Crust
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 16 graham crackers crushed
• Pat crust in 9 x 9 " pan
• Filling
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 oz. package cream ceese
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• Cool Whip
• 1-16 oz. can blueberry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 2 eggs until thick. Add sugar gradually. Then add vanilla and cream cheese and beat until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300 degrees about 30 minutes. Cool completely. After cooled pour blueberry filling over cake and sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon over. Place in frig overnite. Top with cool whip in morning.
