Quick Lemon Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Lemon Cake Mix
• 1 small box Instant Lemon Pudding
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1 c. water
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 c. poppyseeds

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix all ingredients and separate between the two pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool (or not) and thoroughly indulge!!
