Crockpot Shredded Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

  • One 5-lb pork loin roast
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1 can soda

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in the slow cooker and season with onion and garlic powder. Cover with BBQ sauce and soda. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours, or until pork is tender. Shred with forks and serve.
