Ingredients
- 1 can Italian-style tomatoes - (16 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 package chicken noodle soup mix - (1 1/3 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid, and chop. Combine liquid with water and bouillon cube in saucepan and bring to boil. Add soup mix, tarragon, and chopped tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve hot, passing cheese separately.
