Ingredients
- 375 for 1 hour.
- 6 large tomatoes, sliced and well drained with salt to help drain juice. 1 pie crust placed in pie plate with flour on the bottom.
- Seasonings: mix together 2 T fresh basil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp black pepper. 3 minced fresh garlic, 1 tsp parsley.
- 1/4 cup of mayo and 2 cups cheese, mix together.
Preparation
Step 1
Alternate with tomatoes placing on crust. Top with with mayo mixture. Bake covered halfway, then uncovered the next half hour. Cool slightly before slicing.
