Ingredients
- 2 T. good Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- fresh Asparagus
- 2 oz. fresh Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
mix vinegar and olive oil. Place Asparagus on rimmed baking sheet. Pour olive oil and vinegar mix over. Bake in 425 degree oven til done. Just 5 or so minutes til al dente. Plate and
use potatoe peeler to grate parmesan over top of asparagus.
