Grandmother Oliver's Buttermilk Pancakes

I have made this recipe for about 30 years but generally use in the waffle maker. I add a little extra sugar and a teaspoon or so of vanilla to her recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 1/8 c buttermilk
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 3 T oil
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 2 1/2 t baking powder
• 3 T sugar
• 3/4 t salt

Mix all ingrediants until no lumps.
