Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground chuck
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 15 oz. Italian style tomato sauce
- 10 oz. coleslaw mix
- 2 oz. instant rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, cook beef and onions until beef no longer pink. Transfer to a 6 quart slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, coleslaw mix, rice, water, salt and pepper. Cooker will be full but cabbage will cook down. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until cabbage is done.
