Ingredients
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup butter (2 Sticks)
- 1/2 cup White syrup
- 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 tsp soda
- salt optional
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients
and bowl for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and add soda. Mix well
Pour over 6 quarts popcorn (24 cups) and with peanuts (optional) and mix well.
Bake one hour at 200 degrees
Stir every 15 minutes
