Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3 - 5 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • sliced strawberries
  • chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1


Mix one stick butter with graham cracker crumbs. Line a 9x13 inch pan with crumb mixture. Beat eggs, powdered sugar and one stick butter for 10 minutes. Spread over graham cracker mixture. Cover with banana slices. Drain pineapple and spread over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over top of pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and sliced strawberries. Chill until ready to serve.
