Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 medium-size ripe bananas (I use 3)
- 2 eggs
- 2 c baking mix (I use Bisquick's Heart Smart mix)
- 1 tsp vanilla ( I use 2 tsp)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (I use walnuts...probably a cup)
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and cream cheese in bowl until fluffy.
Beat in bananas and eggs.
Stir in baking mix, vanilla, and nuts until moist.
Pour into greased (PAM) 5x9 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
Cool on baking rack before removing from pan.
