Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- dark chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor mix 1 cup coconut with coconut oil. Add Maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, & salt. Add 3/4 cup coconut until batter can form 1" balls. Refrigerate overnight. then dip in chocolate.
