Ingredients
- 4 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 6 t Olive oil
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 Tomotoes cut into wedges
- 1 Red Onion very thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup packed basil leaves shredded
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and mustard.
In a large salad bowl combine tomatoes, onions and basil. Drizzle with the dressing and stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
