Shrimp in Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds of shrimp clean
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 Splash of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. In skillet pan melt the butter. Add the finely chopped garlic and saute, but do not let it burn. Add the wine, Worcestershire sauce, and little by little the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

2. In another saute pan, drizzle some Olive Oil to coat the pan. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes.

3. Add the garlic sauce mix into the pan with the shrimp and let cook for two more minutes.

4. Sprinkle with parsley.
