BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 10 to 12 rolls or sandwich buns

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place beef in slow cooker. Combine ingredients (not the rolls) in a medium bowl; pour over meat.
2. Covert and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours.
3. Remove beef from crockpot; shred and mix with 1 cup sauce from crockpot. Evenly spread mixture over warmed rolls.
