Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. lobster tails
- 4 T butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut thawed lobster tails in half length-wise.
Melt butter; mince garlic into butter; add lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Brush cut side of tails with butter. Place cut side down on hot grill. Grill for 6 minutes, turn and grill for 3 minutes. Baste with butter.
