Mom's Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon (or more if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp flour
  • 4 - 5 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • pre-made pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425. Mix sugar and cinnamon.

2. Cut apples and sprinkle with flour.

3. Heap apples into pie pan and dot with 1/2 tsp butter.

4. Cover with crust and make cuts in top. Seal and flute.

5. Cook pie on bottom rack for 50 - 60 minutes.
