Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12-18 mushrooms
  • 6-10 slices of bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2-3 tbs mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and decap mushrooms. Dice and fry bacon. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Dice mushroom stems and onion, fry in 2 tbs of bacon grease until soft. Remove onion mixture from heat. Add cheese, mayonnaise and bacon to the onion mixture. Fill mushrooms with mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
