BBQ Rubbed Pork Chops

Recipe developed for the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven (Recipe courtesy Wolfgang Puck Bistro) for use with the Rotisserie Basket.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lrg PORK CHOPS
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ Rub
  • 4 Tbsp BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1) Sprinkle PORK CHOPS all over with the BBQ Rub and place in basket.

2) Ratchet down the lid until it rests securely on top of the meat.

3) Insert into Rotisserie openings in Oven and close door.

4) Turn pressure valve to SEAL and lower pressure bar.

5) Set function to ROTISSERIE.

6) Set temperature to 450ºF and set timer to 20 minutes.

7) When time is up turn pressure valve to VENT.

8) Slowly raise pressure bar and open oven.

9) Test Temperature of PORK CHOPS.

10) Internal temperature should be 145ºF.

11) Remove and serve with BBQ sauce.
