Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
  • 3 garlic cloves, slivered
  • 2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Coat jelly roll pan with oil. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.

2. Bake 30 minute at 450 or until potatoes are tender. Stir once halfway through.
