Ingredients

    T olive oil

  • 2

    lbs small red potatoes, quartered

  • 3

    garlic cloves, slivered

  • 2

    tsp rosemary, crumbled

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions

1. Coat jelly roll pan with oil. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. 2. Bake 30 minute at 450 or until potatoes are tender. Stir once halfway through.
