Crockpot Chicken with Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 2 pd. of boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can of artichoke, drained and quartered
  • 1 can of diced tomato
  • Juice of lemon
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 tab. capers
  • 1 tab. of Corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Freeze all ingredients except corn starch. Add after 6 hours, add corn starch for 30 minutes.
